How do i download to google chrome?

okay, so i downlaoded google chrome and it seems great but when i try to get on clubpenguin or webkinz it says i need to download something but what do i downlaod i mean I already downloaded the whole thing? it says exacly this *The required plugin is not installed* how do i change it so i can get on those websites?|||you probably just need to download adobe flash for chome
