HOW DO I MAKE THE GOOGLE CHROME DOWNLOADS BAR COME UP AT THE BOTTOM OF MY PAGE?? this is so frustrating! it was there one day and then disappeared!! PLEASE HELP!!|||You can just go to "Tools" then click downloads, then the list of downloads page will pop up.
